- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Though the doctor I saw was amazing, the other staff is horrible. Whenever I call, I'm "greeted" by a different employee that acts like I just interrupted what they were doing. They always have that "how dare you" attitude. When I went in for my first visit, all four employees at the front counter were on their phones or talking to each other. After waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment, I picked a random employee and walked up. Her smile immediately disappeared, and she just looked up and said as rudely as she could "what?" Wow... I'm sorry I expected you to do your job while you're on the clock...needless to say, you guys really need to get your employees in check. Just because you went to school to essentially become a glorified secretary, doesn't mean you're better than everyone else.May 03, 2017by Victoria Bell
